Return Policy:
- Initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To facilitate your exchange/refund, please provide your Order ID or Invoice.
- The cost and responsibility of returning the product to our facility will be shouldered by the customer.
- Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition. Any defects or issues found in the returned item, not previously communicated by the customer, will result in REJECTION of the exchange/refund request.
- Should an item become damaged after use, please report the issue within 3-5 days of receiving your order. No refund/exchange requests will be entertained after this timeframe.
- Prior to sending the item(s) back, customers are required to complete a form. Please contact our WhatsApp Helpline to obtain the necessary form.
- Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the return item. Kindly note that refunds cannot be provided in cash due to logistic company policies; they will be processed via Bank Transfer.
- Our Return and Exchange policy does not extend to custom orders unless there is a manufacturing fault on our end.
